Job Summary
Lead the Hospice Area Market Executive by modeling Compassus values, identifying markets of opportunity, and securing market penetration for the company. Develop "Books of Business" and growth strategies for hospice programs, while partnering with program leaders to recruit, hire, and train new growth staff. Define and manage monthly and annual growth objectives, monitor metrics including contacts and conversions, and serve as a growth resource to all team members. Assist in the start-up of new hospice locations, present educational programs to professional groups, and advocate for community access with Medical Directors. Proactively monitor business issues and ensure clinical staff meet orientation and standards of practice requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams
- At least five (5) years of experience managing growth teams
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Close and distance vision
- Color and peripheral vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Master's of Business Administration
- At least two (2) years of experience selling services within the healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree along with at least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams
