Hospice Area Market Executive

Job Summary
Lead growth for Compassus Hospice market area by developing a Book of Business, defining monthly/annual growth objectives for growth staff, and monitoring growth metrics (contacts, closing, conversions). Partner with hospice program leaders to recruit and train growth staff, collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure access and advocacy in the community, and support education/marketing programs. May assist in startup of new hospice locations or programs; ensure orientation/education requirements for RN clinical liaisons and licensed care staff are met; provide growth resources to both growth and clinical teams; promote Compassus values and culture of care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; three or more years leading growth teams strongly preferred
- Master's of Business Administration desirable; in lieu of a degree, at least five years of experience managing growth teams
- at least two years of experience selling services within the healthcare field preferred
