Hospice and Palliative Care Faculty Physician- UPMC Altoona

Faculty attending physician position in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at UPMC Altoona. The fellowship program provides inpatient, outpatient palliative care, and nursing home consultations with a team of physicians, APPs, a fellow, social worker, pharmacist, and support staff. ABFM/AOBFP family medicine or internal medicine background with board eligibility or board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is required; academic medicine experience is preferred but not required.
