Job Summary
Provide personal care including baths, oral hygiene, and meal prep while monitoring vital signs and preventing skin breakdown. Assist patients with ambulation, exercise, and range of motion under nurse supervision. Maintain relationships with patients and families by promptly reporting condition changes to the supervisory nurse. Adhere to state scope of practice and agency documentation standards while attending mandatory training and meetings. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Meets the training requirements of the State and has successfully completed a state established or other training program that meets the State's requirements of a competency evaluation program, or state licensure program
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
