Hospice Aide

Perform personal care tasks including baths, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens while observing patients and documenting observations. Assist with dressing, feeding, and ambulation as assigned, and provide nutritious meal preparation and light laundry services. Monitor vital signs such as temperature and pulse when ordered, and ensure patient safety by using equipment like foot stools and oxygen properly. Maintain a clean living area and prevent skin breakdown through regular care. Adhere to documentation standards and professional conduct under nurse supervision. Requires active Home Health Aide certification, CPR, and a licensed driver's license.
