Job Summary
Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones. Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient's unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity. This part-time role requires current CPR certification and a Certified Nursing Assistant credential where licensure is not mandated. Join a team delivering home-based services for advanced illnesses in partnership with health systems.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- State-approved nurse aide training program
- 24 months of continuous employment in a nurse aide capacity
