Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, and assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed. Record vital signs, report observations, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided while promoting patient comfort, dignity, and safety. Travel to patient homes throughout the day to deliver scheduled care under Registered Nurse supervision. Requires current CNA certification, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Full-time position with 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule and rotational weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- Must be able to provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing
- Must be able to record vital signs and report observations to the care team
- Must be able to assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Must be able to promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
- Must be able to travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled
- Must be able to maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Must be available for rotational weekends
