Job Summary
Perform and document basic patient care tasks under nurse supervision, including bathing, feeding, and ambulation assistance while providing companionship and emotional support during crises. Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including family members, and monitor supply rooms to report missing items and restock as needed. Follow regulatory processes for accurate clinical documentation and equipment quality checks to maintain a safe environment. This full-time role involves a 3-week day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7:30pm. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, have 6 months to 2 years of healthcare experience, and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of high school education in general studies
- 6 months- 2 years Previous Healthcare Experience
- Reading and Math ability appropriate to the position
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 Days
