Job Summary
Provides direct patient care under CNA/HHA licensure in hospice settings, including personal care, meal assistance, safety and hygiene, and the use of equipment such as a Hoyer Lift. Performs on-site and field-visits as part of hospice care; communicates changes in patient condition to the RN case manager or supervisor; supports nutrition and dietary needs per the care plan; may assist with additional procedures after training. Requires current CNA or HHA certification; opportunity to advance through LPN/RN programs. Full-time position based in Pittsfield, MA with hourly pay.
