Job Summary
Provide personal care to hospice patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant under RN supervision. Perform hygiene tasks including bed bath, sponge bath, shower bath, and hair washing in sink, tub, and bed; assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures per physician orders. Maintain safe, compassionate support for patients and families, work cooperatively with care team, and drive within assigned territory as needed. Requires CNA training, active license, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory; iOS basic knowledge and strong preference for hospice/home health experience.
Required Qualifications
- CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state
- CNA License must be active and in good standing
- Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory
- Must have reliable transportation
- At least one year of hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of iOS operating system
