Job Summary
Provide patients with personal care and homemaking assistance in accordance with state and federal regulations. Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team by communicating and following up with supervisors and coworkers regarding patient needs, care, and concerns. Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff while maintaining current CPR certification. Requires minimum of 18 years old, high school diploma, six months direct care experience, and dependable transportation. Part-time role in Conroe, TX with competitive pay, ESOP ownership benefit, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
- Minimum of six (6) months work experience in a direct care setting
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable transportation
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
