Job Summary
Conduct personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, and dressing/undressing for patients in their homes. Record vital signs, report observations to the care team, and assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed. Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety while maintaining accurate documentation of services provided. Travel to patient homes throughout the day to deliver scheduled care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- Must be able to travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled
- Must be available for rotational weekends
