Hospice Aide - CNA -HHA

Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN and according to the Aid Plan of Care; assist with safe transfers and ambulation; report changes and document pertinent information; maintain infection control; provide a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment; communicate respectfully with patients, families, and staff; support proper nutrition and fluid intake; contribute to efficient operation and time management; perform treatments and procedures per agency policy; promote the agency’s philosophy and policies to ensure quality of care.
