Job Summary
Provide patients with personal care and homemaking assistance in accordance with state and federal regulations while serving as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team. Communicate and follow up with supervisors and coworkers regarding patient needs, care, and concerns to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff. Maintain current CPR certification and possess dependable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Minimum age of 18 and six months of direct care work experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
- Minimum of six (6) months work experience in a direct care setting
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable transportation
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
