Job Summary
Hospice Aide (CNA) providing direct patient care and family support in hospice/palliative setting. Responsibilities include patient care and support, comfort measures and symptom management, effective communication and collaboration with clinical team, and maintaining environmental and safety standards to honor patients’ dignity during end-of-life care. Requires current CNA certification and at least one year of CNA experience in hospice/palliative or similar healthcare setting; clean driving record and valid driver's license with auto insurance; flexible scheduling and opportunities for education and training.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state of practice
- Minimum one-year of working as a CNA in hospice, palliative care or similar healthcare setting
- Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
