Hospice Aide- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide personal care and light housekeeping duties to hospice residents in long-term care facilities in the southern half of Rhode Island, specifically the Warren area. Observe, report, and document patient status changes to the RN Case Manager while following infection control procedures and emergency protocols. Support patients and families through ongoing communication, maintaining strict confidentiality. Requires Certified Nurse Aide certification and 1-3 years of experience in home care or long-term care. Full-time, 40-hour schedule with 8:00-4:30pm hours and rotating weekend commitments.
