Job Summary
Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating while delivering emotional support and companionship to patients and families. Interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team, and encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and routines. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Requires active CPR certification, current driver's license, ability to travel between multiple locations, and preferred experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant within the last 24 months. Obtain Hospice Nursing Assistant Certification through CHPN within 24 months of employment.

- Automobile liability insurance
- The ability to travel between multiple locations within your region
- Ability to obtain Hospice Nursing Assistant Certification (through CHPN) within 24 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, and/or Certified Nursing Assistant during the previous 24 months
- Hospice or palliative care experience
