Hospice Aide

Provide compassionate hospice care as a Hospice Aide across home, long-term care communities, assisted living residences, or hospital settings. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), delivering emotional support and companionship, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare teams, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols. Candidates should have experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant within the last 24 months (preferred), hospice/palliative care experience (preferred), active CPR certification, a valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple locations within the region, and the ability to obtain Hospice Nursing Assistant Certification (CHPN) within 24 months of employment.
