Job Summary
Hospice Account Executive responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships and educating stakeholders on hospice care. Key duties include meeting admission targets, coordinating marketing operations and initiatives, documenting activities in the CRM, executing marketing campaigns and events across the Hutchinson, KS area, and assisting in budgeting and market planning. The role requires knowledge of hospice services, ability to engage with patients, families, caregivers, facilities, and referral sources, and collaboration with leadership to drive volume projections and program growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills, plus the ability to work autonomously and mentor staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
- Ability to position services to, and deal tactfully with, customers and clients.
- Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
