Job Summary
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the Houston service area. Grow referral sources while providing hospice education to healthcare providers and community partners. Meet with patients and families to explain services and obtain consents, then coordinate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless admissions. Represent Concho Hearts Hospice as a trusted community resource. Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience
- Proven relationship-building and networking ability
- Self-motivated
