Job Summary
Landscape maintenance and horticulture-focused responsibilities including plant health care, pest management, irrigation system maintenance, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities encompass pruning, mulching, mowing, weeding, planting, pesticide applications per protocol, fertilizer application, equipment operation, and providing guidance to volunteers/temporary helpers. Requires an associate’s degree in horticulture or 2 years of related experience (bachelor’s degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain Oklahoma pesticide license. Emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, communication, and alignment with the George Kaiser Family Foundation’s standards. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in horticulture or 2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field
