Job Summary
Schedule WJ personnel and subcontracted technicians for outsourced tree, shrub, and treatment services, while communicating arrival windows and property restrictions to clients. Support the Horticulturalist daily by preparing enhancement estimates, organizing job walk summaries, and tracking enhancement opportunities from proposal to completion. Coordinate awarded projects with field crews, order plant materials and irrigation supplies, and ensure all equipment and special instructions are ready before installation dates. Enter estimates, job information, and project documentation accurately into Aspire Landscape Management Software, maintaining organized digital records of architectural plans and planting notes. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving logistical issues to ensure exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new computer software and technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and field teams.
- Administrative or project coordination experience.
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or another service industry.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or project management software.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer proficiency - Mac/Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to master other software
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
