Job Summary
Deliver a "WOW" guest experience by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment in accordance with proper procedures and Company food safety standards. Perform one or more workstations including external service, grill, assembly, prep, fryer, interior, and exterior duties. Immediately acknowledge guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders into the system, collect payment, and hand orders to guests. Prepare menu products by grilling, toasting, and cooking items while operating timers and removing products when they sound. Assemble products using correct ingredients and portioning, verify presentation and temperature, and discard expired or non-compliant ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and stocking of all work areas, including sweeping floors, washing tables, sanitizing dishes, and cleaning the drive-thru and parking lot.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Understands and communicates clearly in English
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Perform multiple tasks at once
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Able to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Attending High School or graduate of High School/GED/foreign equivalent preferred
- Continuing commitment to education and/or learning new skills
- Work experience in face-paced restaurant environment
- Preparing and cooking food in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred
- Customer service experience helpful
