Job Summary
Conduct empathetic counseling sessions to select and individually adapt hearing systems from our manufacturer-independent product range. Document consultation results, manage logistics including orders, customer data, inventory, prescriptions, and repairs. Ensure every adjustment fits optimally while maintaining a trustworthy atmosphere without sales pressure. Work autonomously as a certified Hörakustiker within a family-owned group that is the third-largest in the ophthalmic industry, serving customers through an omnichannel model with a philosophy of fair, friendly, and competent advice.
