Job Summary
Conduct empathetic counseling sessions to select and individually fit optimal hearing systems from our manufacturer-independent product range. Document consultation results, manage logistics including orders and customer data, and handle repairs to ensure every adjustment functions correctly. Maintain a trust-based atmosphere through personal, pressure-free conversations while working independently as part of a team. This role supports customers on their journey to better hearing within Fielmann's global audiologic and optical business, upholding our philosophy of fair, friendly, and competent advice.
