Job Summary
Conduct empathetic counseling sessions to select and individually fit optimal hearing systems using modern, manufacturer-independent technology. Document consultation results, manage logistics including orders, customer data, inventory, and repairs, and ensure every adjustment functions correctly. Work autonomously within a team environment to guide customers toward improved hearing.
