Provide personalized counseling with technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a completed hearing technologist training and empathetic communication skills. Candidates must work independently and responsibly within a cooperative team environment. The position involves daily patient interaction and product knowledge application in Fielmann's Swiss retail network.
