Job Summary
Conduct service-oriented sales and counseling conversations, perform hearing tests, and develop individual solutions for customers. Structure sales routines to create unique customer experiences while advising on hearing system care and accessories to strengthen loyalty with existing clients. Execute telephone outreach to current customers and organize local marketing activities. Maintain up-to-date customer data and support the specialist shop through scheduling, appointment management, and order processing. Requires completed training as a Hörakustik-Geselle with strong communication skills and empathy.
Required Qualifications
