Job Summary
Hospice Business Development Liaison focused on expanding hospice outreach by establishing and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and community organizations to grow patient admissions and awareness of Choice Hospice services. Responsibilities include presenting the agency’s care model as the provider of choice, promoting agency growth serving elderly and seriously ill populations and families, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal marketing laws, developing a public relations program to foster relations with clinicians and community agencies, and meeting or exceeding monthly admission goals. Requires knowledge of hospice services, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
