Job Summary
Conduct ministry work in designated focus areas such as Worship Arts, Family Ministry, or Pastoral leadership while engaging in discipleship, care, and teaching. Receive intentional mentorship and training to grow in theological knowledge and leadership capacity across two progressive years. Complete 20 paid hours weekly in Year 1 and 35 paid hours weekly in Year 2, with supplemental income opportunities through fundraising bootcamps and coaching. Maintain a part-time job to build community relationships while attending optional or included seminary classes. Prepare for vocational ministry, church planting, or missions upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- Growing in a committed relationship with Jesus
- Recent college graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Sensing a call toward vocational ministry
- Demonstrates humility, teachability, and a desire for growth
