Job Summary
Hope House Shelter Navigator provides safety for residents, conducts skills-building activities, supports daily living skills, delivers crisis intervention, and covers shifts as part of a trauma-informed 24/7 program. Responsibilities include accurate collection, documentation, and reporting of information, and working as part of the Hope House team to achieve program goals and agency mission. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and involves direct service to individuals experiencing homelessness, with compensation at $23.12/hour plus shift differentials. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with scheduled shifts Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00pm–10:30pm. Required Qualifications
