Hoover - Senior Skill Drivability Technician - Full-time

Senior Skill Drivability Technician position in Hoover, AL requiring extensive diagnostic expertise across makes/models, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with service advisors. Responsibilities focus on accurate vehicle diagnostics (check engine lights, drivability issues, electrical problems), interpreting diagnostic tool readings (scan tools, multimeters), performing repairs and maintenance with emphasis on diagnostics, documenting findings, adhering to safety and manufacturer guidelines, and maintaining an organized workspace. Must have 5+ years of technician experience in dealership/high-volume shop, ASE certifications a plus, valid DL, and ability to lift up to 50lbs in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $50–$60/hour with full benefits; Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
