Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping tasks. Deliver patient-specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care while using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Weekend shift differential and weekly pay apply for this full-time role with health benefits available.
