Job Summary
Lead and coordinate outdoor service activities for SOCOTEC Geotechnics, assisting the Manager Operations with R&D for field-related matters. Coordinate and mentor outdoor service teams, including drilling and survey specialists, while overseeing quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage equipment and materials, including investment proposals, and handle personnel management such as performance reviews and timekeeping. Maintain contact with clients and suppliers, ensure compliance with VGM rules and environmental regulations, and conduct stability calculations for construction pits and retaining walls. Based in Rotterdam with hybrid work options, reporting directly to the Manager Operations.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in grondonderzoek
- Praktijkervaring in geotechniek
- Rijbewijs B
- VOL-VCA certificaat
- Kennis van relevante uitvoeringsnormen en protocollen
- Een sterk organisatievermogen
