Job Summary
Lead execution processes for regional infrastructure projects from preparation through handover, managing planning, logistics, and safety across civil engineering teams. Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on operational and tactical levels while identifying and mitigating risks. Mentor junior execution staff, drive knowledge sharing, and implement corrective measures to ensure quality and timeliness. Work on diverse projects including road structures, high-voltage infrastructure, and public transport developments. Maintain contact with stakeholders to strengthen the organization's position and foster a culture of learning.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 8 jaar werkervaring in de branche
- Uitgebreide kennis van verschillende contractvormen (Bouwteams, UAV-GC, RAW)
- Ervaring met integrale projecten civiele betonbouw en GWW met een multidisciplinaire samenwerking
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur vanuit een opleiding Civiele Techniek
