Job Summary
Develop and continuously improve the organization's Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability (KVGM) policy, ensuring practical application across projects and offices. Monitor compliance with regulations, certifications, and internal agreements while conducting site inspections of workspaces, equipment, and materials. Lead internal and external audits, manage the Risk Assessment and Evaluation (RI&E), and enforce the handover policy per NEN 3140. Coach KVGM coordinators, deliver toolbox talks, and report performance metrics to the General Director. Address unsafe situations immediately by halting work and instructing personnel. Contribute to sustainability and circularity initiatives, translating ESG developments into operational improvements. Requires HBO level, VCA VOL certificate, and knowledge of Dutch safety legislation.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Goede kennis van de Arbowet en relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Vakinhoudelijke kennis van de installatie- en elektrotechniek
- Een VCA VOL-certificaat
- Kennis van VCA, RI&E, NEN 3140 en veiligheidsmanagement
- Een actuele Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag of de mogelijkheid deze te overleggen
- Rijbewijs B
Desired Qualifications
- Een aanvullende opleiding zoals HVK, MVK of IVK
- Bij voorkeur kennis van de Safety Culture Ladder, WKB en duurzaamheid of ESG
- De bereidheid om jezelf door opleidingen en trainingen verder te blijven ontwikkelen
