Job Summary
Complete work accurately and quickly to allow customers to remain in their vehicles. Perform multi-point inspections, check fluid levels for power steering and transmission, and examine belts, hoses, and wiper blades. Advise service consultants on additional repairs needed and check tire air pressure. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while adhering to company core values. Requires willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays. Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test and background screen required. Physical demands include prolonged standing and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- At time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
