Job Summary
Perform multi-point inspections on vehicles, checking fluid levels, belts, hoses, wiper blades, tire pressure, and identifying additional repair needs. Advise service consultants on necessary work while completing tasks accurately and quickly to keep customers in their vehicles. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to read instructions, and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays. This role supports Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers' one-stop shop model across 400+ locations, offering certified mechanical and tire services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- At time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
