Job Summary
Complete work accurately and quickly to allow customers to remain in their vehicles. Perform multi-point inspections and check fluid levels, belts, hoses, and wiper blades. Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed and advise service consultants or technicians accordingly. Check tire air pressure and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. This role requires working at a production rate pace and involves physical demands including prolonged standing and lifting up to 100 lbs. Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays. Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers offers a one-stop shop experience with certified technicians providing various mechanical and tire services across 400+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- At time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
