Job Summary
Set up plastic containment, ladders, chemical solutions, and pressure washing hoses. Scrape grease buildup from exhaust hoods, fans, and ductwork systems, then use pressure washing equipment to clean kitchen exhaust systems down to bare metal. Complete final cleanup of kitchen areas by wiping down equipment and mopping floors. Take digital before-and-after photos for customer records. Drive company trucks and pull equipment trailers safely. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required, along with availability for overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces is essential. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are mandatory. Paid on-the-job training provided with no prior experience required, though mechanical or trade helper experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
