Job Summary
Honors Paralegal Program is a two-year, full-time, non-exempt rotational program across multiple bureaus and divisions. The program provides hands-on legal experience through three rotations, with duties including legal research and writing, case management and document review, discovery and trial preparation, investigations and witness interviews, drafting subpoenas and other legal documents, and client and stakeholder communication. The participant will receive training, mentorship, and professional development, beginning in September 2026, with a potential for continued employment in the Attorney General’s Office after the final rotation. Location is Boston with a hybrid remote model; salary is $55,375. Eligible candidates must have completed a paralegal certificate or an associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or legal studies.
