Honor Bar Attendant

Inventory honor bars, in-room accessories, and promotional materials; replace items as required and maintain cleanliness and appearance. Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, ensuring awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and stock levels to prevent shortages. Prepare restocking carts and push them to floors where rooms are ready for inventory. Respond to guest requests and communicate operation issues to hotel management. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. Follow all safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required training. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
