Job Summary
Consultant to support the Hong Kong subsidiary’s brokerage operations by maintaining broker licensing and regulatory presence. Serve as a Director of the Hong Kong subsidiary during the engagement term. Responsible for maintaining broker licenses, assisting with licensing/regulatory/compliance matters, and executing documents/filings related to Hong Kong brokerage operations. Luxury real estate and auction experience is preferred and a consulting fee is provided on a monthly basis.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hong Kong real estate broker license in good standing
- Knowledge of Hong Kong real estate licensing and regulatory requirements
