Job Summary
Lead facility and equipment maintenance for a Denver-based seafood manufacturing facility; hands-on maintenance technician focusing on Multivac thermoforming packaging machines, with ability to perform minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and air compressor systems; manage a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment life; liaise with service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance; maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance and repair experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Proven experience servicing Multivac thermoforming packaging machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations for manufacturing facilities
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with service providers and internal teams
