Job Summary
Entry-level honing position to hone metal cages to a specified tolerance. Read honing specifications from drawings/blueprints and an air gauge. Operate honing machine to HydraForce standards, follow honing process best practices, read target area tolerances, and hone basic parts and valves (oil or coolant). Requires HS diploma or equivalent, basic English literacy, basic math, and ability to follow written/verbal instructions; physically capable of lifting 25 pounds; work in a warehouse with PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes). Salary range $18.00-$20.00/hour (annualized: $37,440-$41,600), with size/experience-based adjustments and US work authorization required. Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/Veterans.
Required Qualifications
- HS school diploma or equivalent
- Some Manufacturing experience a plus
- Machine operating experience a plus
- Basic reading and writing skills in English
- Basic math skills or ability to use a calculator
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English
- Able to stay on task for long periods of time
- US work authorization required
