Lead P&L for machining operations of medium- to large-size landing gear components at the Kitchener facility. Hone inside diameter of parts using abrasive stones to achieve finish and tight tolerances. Select appropriate tools based on part condition and drawing; use bore gauges, micromotor, and Height Master for measurements. Perform 5-S activities, pre-start up inspections with Health & Safety awareness, and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and PPE requirements. Collaborate with coworkers in a productive and positive manner and comply with ITAR/CGP security screening requirements.
