Job Summary
Lead learning design efforts by guiding the creation of high-quality, interactive experiences that blend live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced components. Reimagine how AI supports learning workflows by experimenting with prompting to define future instructional flows and personalize content. Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and engineers to co-design scalable solutions while providing expert feedback to ensure instructional integrity. Apply evidence-based principles to develop programs that are engaging and measurably effective, partnering with stakeholders to refine outcomes based on data and learner insights. This role focuses on driving behavior change within Hone's next-generation continuous learning platform.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Instructional Design & Learning Science
- Strong expertise in designing live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences
- Experience providing detailed feedback on learning content
- Experience ensuring clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness
- Ability to leverage digital learning platforms, authoring tools, AI, and learning analytics
- Passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional learning
- Data-informed approach to designing and evaluating learning experiences
