Job Summary
Diagnose causes of vehicle malfunctions, perform repairs to Lithia & Driveway and manufacturer standards, and road-test vehicles to verify quality. Document work on repair orders, record test procedures/results, and maintain accurate time tracking. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure vehicles are returned clean. Pursue and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through required training. Utilize a broad set of mechanical, electrical, and computing skills with reliable communication to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- ASE certifications
- Honda dealership experience preferred
