Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their descriptions of problems, and determine the type of service required to prepare repair orders. Explain repair recommendations clearly, estimate additional costs for new repairs, and obtain customer permission before proceeding. Provide updates throughout the service process and advise customers on other available services while building trust and long-term relationships. Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service as the key link between customers and the service department. This role offers rotating shifts, three-day weekends, and a salary of $55,000 to $85,000 plus commission.
