Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, meal preparation, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments. Provide patient-specific care such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care for bed-bound patients while using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
